One of the very first large scale and
highly professional operations in this tropical country was established
since 1992. The vineyard settles beautifully on a valley over 2,000 rais
(320 hectares/800 acres), 300 metres above sea level, guaranteeing a
well-conditioned climate.
The winery is spread out over 3,000 square
metres, including a fermentation room housing genuine oak barrels made in
French, each holding 225 litres. A total of 450,000 litres of wine, or the
equivalent yields of 600,000 bottles, are nurtured there to mature every
year. |
